On board is a 1.8 litre, 20 valve, four cylinder turbo charged engine with intercooler producing 220 Nm of torque (at 1,950rpm). The Polo GTI is an exciting, nimble performer - it can sprint from 0 to 100km/h in 8.2 seconds. Safety
The Polo GTI also comes standard with comprehensive safety features including 6 airbags, Electronic Brake-pressure Distribution (EBD), Anti Lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Stabilisation Program (ESP). The design of the Polo is distinctly GTI.
